Start the diagnostic

For Shopify stores already paying for traffic.

Find the leak before you buy more traffic

Most stores don't have a traffic problem. They have a revenue path that leaks, and more ad spend just pours water into the same cracked bucket. We diagnose where it leaks, fix what the evidence demands, and tell you what deserves the next dollar.

Diagnostic in 5 business days. No diagnosis, no pitch.

No diagnosis, no pitch.

No proof, no public claim.

No scope creep disguised as strategy.

No fit means no forced sale.

The most expensive assumption in ecommerce: “we need more traffic”

You raised the ad budget and revenue barely moved. You see sessions in one report and orders in another, and the space between them is a black box. Somewhere between the click and the checkout, buyers give up, and nothing on your dashboard says where.

That gap has a cost you never see itemized: every month it stays open, the same acquisition dollars buy the same lost buyers again. Agencies answer it with a bigger retainer. Ad platforms answer it with a bigger budget. Nobody starts by finding the leak.

You shouldn't have to guess where your own revenue goes. A store that pays for traffic deserves to know what happens to it.

Diagnose. Fix. Prove.

1

Diagnose

We inspect your buying path end to end and rank every leak by revenue at stake. You get the findings in 5 business days, whether or not you ever hire us again.

2

Fix

We repair the leaks the evidence prioritizes, in bounded scopes with a defined finish line. Your own team can implement if you prefer; the prescription is yours.

3

Prove

Every fix ships with the measurement to show what it changed. What worked becomes proof; what didn’t becomes a documented dead end nobody pays for twice.

What the diagnostic actually inspects

Not a heuristic checklist. Each item below is examined against your store's own data, and each finding names the evidence behind it.

We've watched good stores buy traffic they couldn't convert

VASTA exists because we kept meeting the same store: healthy product, real demand, rising ad spend, flat revenue. The problem was never the marketing team's effort. It was that nobody could point at the leak.

So we work in the opposite order of an agency. Diagnosis before any pitch. A prescription you can take to your own developers. Scopes with a finish line instead of retainers with a renewal date. And we only publish claims our own measurement supports.

Three ways in, each with a finish line

The agreement

We don't offer a performance guarantee, because nobody honest can. We offer terms you can verify from the first call.

No diagnosis, no pitch
We will not propose work before we’ve examined your store. If the first thing an agency shows you is a proposal, it was written for someone else.
No proof, no public claim
Every number we publish traces to our own measurement. If we can’t source it, we don’t say it.
No scope creep disguised as strategy
Every engagement has a defined finish line. New work needs a new agreement, not a renewal you forgot to cancel.
No fit means no forced sale
If the diagnostic says your bottleneck isn’t something we fix, the report says so and prescribes who to call instead.

Built for some stores, wrong for others

A diagnostic makes sense if

  • You run a Shopify store with steady traffic you already pay for
  • Revenue has stopped responding to ad spend the way it used to
  • You want a ranked list of causes before committing to any fix
  • You have a team to implement, or want us to, but decided by evidence

It doesn't, yet, if

  • The store is pre-launch or traffic is still too thin to measure
  • You’re looking for someone to run your ads
  • You want a redesign for its own sake rather than for what the data demands
  • You need a guarantee of results before any examination of causes

Proof, on our own terms

Our second term above cuts both ways: no proof, no public claim. Case studies appear here as each client's measurement clears our claim registry and their approval, with every number labeled as observed, estimated, or forecast.

This section is intentionally empty until the first Proof Pack is approved for publication.

What changes when the leak is named

BeforeAfter
Raising ad budget because nothing else is measurableSpending on the segment the evidence says converts
Debating opinions about the website in meetingsReading a ranked list of leaks with revenue at stake
Paying retainers that renew whether or not anything improvedBuying bounded scopes with a finish line and a measurement
Hoping the next redesign fixes itKnowing what deserves the next dollar

What happens after you click

  1. You answer a short intake about your store. Platform, traffic sources, and read-only analytics access. No call required to start.
  2. We confirm fit before any money moves. If the diagnostic isn’t the right instrument for your situation, we say so then.
  3. The findings arrive within the committed window. Ranked leaks, evidence for each, and a prescribed next step you own either way.

Fair questions

Is this another conversion audit with 40 generic recommendations?

No. Every finding is tied to your store’s own data and ranked by revenue at stake. A finding without evidence doesn’t make the report, and the report ends with a prescription, not a menu.

Why is there no guarantee?

Because results depend on implementation, seasonality, and your market, and anyone promising a number before examining your store is guessing. Our risk reversal is structural: diagnosis before pitch, bounded scopes, and findings you own regardless of what you do next.

Can our own developers implement the fixes?

Yes, and many clients do. The diagnostic and audit are written to be handed to any competent team. The Profit Sprint exists for when you’d rather we implement, not because you must.

What if you find nothing significant?

Then the report says your buying path holds and the constraint is elsewhere, which tells you it’s safe to invest in acquisition. Knowing that is the point of a diagnostic.

Do you work with stores outside Shopify?

Our tooling and benchmarks are built around Shopify. If you’re elsewhere, ask first; if we can’t inspect it properly, we’ll decline rather than improvise.
